Dr. Misty Brey-Sanford

Dentist

With over 30 years of dedicated service, Dr. Misty Brey has spent her career transforming smiles and building lifelong relationships in our community. Dr. Brey earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1993 and has been passionate about delivering top-tier, compassionate dental care ever since. For Dr. Brey, dentistry is entirely personal; over the last three decades, her patients truly have become an extension of her own family.

Family is at the center of Dr. Brey's life outside the office, too. She is married to her husband, Jeff, and is incredibly proud of her two children, Dylan and Payton — and she is especially thrilled to welcome her daughter, Dr. Payton Sanford, to the practice as a fellow dentist! Her busy home is rounded out by her beloved dogs, Walter and Truman, and her cat, Naomi.

Dr. Holly Pickrell

Dentist

Dr. Pickrell brings a wealth of experience, a deep passion for oral health, and a heart for service to our practice. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1993, she proudly served her country in the military, honing her dental skills while caring for service members. Upon returning home, she planted deep roots right here in Owensboro, where she has been dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care ever since.

Dr. Pickrell cares deeply for each person who walks through our doors, blending her clinical expertise with a genuine warmth that puts patients instantly at ease. When she isn't in the operatory, Dr. Pickrell loves spending time with her lifelong partner, Van, and traveling to her “second home” in sunny Fort Myers, Florida.

Dr. Payton Sanford

Dentist

Dr. Payton Sanford is thrilled to bring her passion for exceptional oral health and beautiful smiles to the practice. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry Class of 2026, Dr. Sanford is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She has a particular clinical interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, loving nothing more than helping her patients regain confidence in their smiles by seamlessly blending top-tier oral health with beautiful aesthetic results.

Dr. Sanford firmly believes that every dental visit should be as comfortable, stress-free, and personalized as possible. Guided by a philosophy that ensures patients always feel heard and genuinely cared for, she is excited to welcome everyone into the practice family. Outside of the operatory, she loves making memories with her family and close friends, traveling to experience new places, and spending plenty of time outside enjoying the sunshine.
